Feathers in the Snow (Near and Far Christmas Book 1)

Twin sisters Isla and Melissa Samms need a hit for the inaugural Christmas edition of their publication, Near and Far Magazine. Mellie gets the brilliant idea to set up separate winter vacations, then feature these experiences in their travel magazine. Mellie is heading to surf school in Santa Cruz, California, laughing all the way, and she somehow manages to convince Isla that she should stay local. This is how Isla finds herself driving up the side of a Vernon, B.C. mountain in the middle of a snowstorm. Once Isla reaches picturesque Juniper Hills Equestrian Centre and Conference Facility, she is reluctantly charmed by the snowy countryside, the giant Clydesdale horse housed there, and most of all by their daddy, former rodeo cowboy, J.T. Cooper. From top to bottom, nothing about this vacation is what Isla expected, and that includes falling hard for the anti-social rancher.
